IDCOL-AGA JV will serve as the Fund Manager, conducting due diligence on loan/grant applicants, supporting the Ministry of Energy in negotiations and decision-making, and managing the portfolio with risk monitoring. These responsibilities are detailed further in the POM.
Technical assistance will focus on promotion, awareness building, and efficient financial management, including monitoring collection efficiency. It will also provide training for trainers, PO staff, customers, technicians, and sales agents to ensure the effective installation and maintenance of systems.
